12 Greenest Cars of 2010

CNN just released its list of the 12 greenest cars of 2010. Apologies for the rash of car-related posts lately, but it’s on my mind since we’re in the market for a second car. And I felt the need to balance out the negativity of my last post with some info that might actually be useful to people. Karma and all.

In any case, I personally can’t wait for hybrid technology to come down in price. We keep saying, “Our next car will be a hybrid” and then we’re rudely reminded of just how pricey they still are. So for now I have my eye on the Honda Fit (though, truth be told, I lust after the Mini Cooper). Unfortunately, Dave thinks the Fit is ugly as sin and won’t be caught dead in it. I told him he can wear a disguise whenever he drives it. Lest you think I am a mean wife, I promised not to laugh.
