2010 Mount Washington Valley Ice Festival, Feb 5-7
The 17th Annual Mount Washington Valley Ice Festival will take place this coming weekend, Feb. 5th, 6th and 7th. It will feature an impressive schedule of clinics and climbs for all abilities. Some highlights are advanced classes with guest climbers, guided mountaineering ascents, and women specific courses.
Guest instructors include: Steve House (who was recently at the Adirondack Mountainfest), Mark Synnott, Kevin Mahoney, Janet Bergman Whit Magro, Ben Gilmore, Emilie Drinkwater, Majka Burnhardt and Freddie Wilkinson.
Along with lots of climbing, there will be slide shows, gear demos, contests, a silent auction, and the Climbers Dance Party.
