Video: Yvon Chouinard's American Express Commercial
I caught this American express commercial the other night while getting some mindless TV time in, and thought it was worth sharing.
It features Patagonia’s founder, Yvon Chouinard, and includes some nice climbing imagery.
Apparently the dam they show in that video is only 18 miles upstream from the Patagonia headquarters.
If you know anything about Yvon, this will come as no surprise, but all proceeds that Yvon receives from the commercial will be divided between five environmental groups: Concervacion Patagonica, Atlantic Salmon Federation, Freedom to Roam Coalition, Native Fish Society and Save our Wild Salmon.
