New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Launches DEC TV

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation recently launched a website with over 60 video clips of various outdoor activities around the region.  Called DEC TV, the site is really more of a video directory than it is a “TV” experience, but it is well done and includes some nice clips and good information.

More importantly, this launch shows an encouraging commitment by the DEC to utilize new technologies to engage people about the outdoors and conservation.
