		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more, Hiking Lady.  Truly amazing guy - and his presentation is one of the more memorable ones I&#039;ve been to.  Looking forward to digging into his book as well.  I&#039;m about 3/4 of the way done with Steve House&#039;s (which is fantastic) and Erik&#039;s is next.</description>
