Random
We recently got a new camera (a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS5, for anyone who cares) and I’m way too disorganized right now to throw together a coherent blog post, so here are a few random shots from the last week or so – all unedited, straight out of the camera. We haven’t had much time to really dig into all of the cool features of our new toy, so we’re just figuring it out as we go. Overall, we’re pretty happy with it. It’s a nice compromise until we’re ready to plunk down the cash for a Nikon DSLR. Of course, then we’ll also have to learn how to, like, take real photos and stuff. Scary.
Random flower from our yard. Ooooh.

Random dog at the Adirondack Museum’s Dog Days of Summer. Awww. I love the way his owner’s hand is resting on him.

A boy, his dog, and a really big chair. This is definitely the goofiest picture of Willa Jean to date.

Hanging flower basket at a cute little store in Essex.

Lantern at the Old Dock restaurant in Essex.

The end.

Lovely photos! Good camera!
You’re home! Yay!
