Snowed In

Finally! This storm delivered. I’m not sure what the total accumulation for the day was, but I do know that our driveway was plowed at 6:30am and when I rolled out of bed a few hours later there was already another 4 or 5 inches of coverage. It came down steadily all day and is just now letting up. Tomorrow is supposed to be another doozy with more snow – and wind – on the way. Hopefully the power stays on!

I think the poor Foster has a case of cabin fever. He’s been quite vocal lately about his desire to go outside. We try to give him at least a few minutes of supervised outside time each day. He didn’t venture off of the front porch today. He would have disappeared!

Cabin fever hasn’t hit me yet. I’m perfectly cozy inside, watching Mother Nature work her magic outside.
