Nina Schoch, coordinator for the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Loon Conservation Program, has announced that the Winter newsletter for the ADK Loon Conservation program is available.

We have already received many reports of loons back on their territories, including some of our banded friends. We hope you will have the opportunity to see them this summer too!

The loon program was also recently profiled in the PBS documentary “The Adirondacks” which aired on May 14th (and is now available on DVD as well as being re-run on TV)
